Had a great meal at the restaurant, even though I couldn't understand a word the staff said. The airport nearby added a touch of excitement to my stay. And oh, the terrace was just perfect for people-watching!
Absolutely loved the towels available. oh wait, that's the only thing I remember!

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The owner even took us to a local bottle shop in his tuk tuk, which was a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious and the grounds were beautiful. Although there were a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend Lakmini Lodge for a comfortable stay near Sigiriya.

During my Christmas vacation at this hotel, I absolutely loved the fantastic location near Lion Rock. Not only did some of the rooms offer stunning views of Lion Rock, but the hotel was also conveniently located close to the village, making it easy to explore and find places to eat. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
While my overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few drawbacks. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as the floor was quite dusty and the shower drain was not as clean as I would have liked.
